My name was listed as a winner of a competition, but I haven't received my prize yet. How do I find out where it is?
We try to get prizes out to winners as soon as we can, but sometimes it can take a little longer than we'd like. We ask winners to allow 4-6 weeks for prizes to be delivered. If your prize doesn't arrive after this time, simply fill out our online 'Contact Us' form, and tell us the name of the competition, your name and address. We will chase it up, and let you know the status of your prize ASAP.
How do I buy a subscription to the magazine?

If I subscribe, why can't you guarantee that I will get the magazine to me the day it is on sale?
As a weekly magazine, we want to be able to give our readers that most up-to-date celebrity news as possible. Unfortunately, due to the extremely tight deadlines on a weekly magazine, we can't post the magazines any sooner! The first magazines that come off the line at the printers are immediately packaged up and posted in the mail to subscribers. If you absolutely need you weekly fix of OK! every Monday, we suggest you buy your copy from the shops.

I love the clothing worn by a celebrity in OK!. Where can I buy it?
We list the clothing credits somewhere in the feature. Usually the best place to look is in the gutter (fold of the page) as this is the most common place for fashion credits. If the celebrity is from the UK/USA then we may not have these details - but if we do, they will also be listed in the gutter of the magazine.
Can I do work experience at OK! magazine?
At the moment we don't run a work experience program. However, some of the other magazine publishers do accept work experience students, so contact them direct for the details.
I want to get my hands on an old copy of OK! magazine. Do you sell back issues?
You can try your luck by calling 1300 781 985, but unfortunately a lot of older issues are now completely sold out. Make sure you have the issue number or cover date of the issue that you want before calling!
