Having problems with your login details on the OK! website?
Here are some solutions we have found that may help.
I want to enter a competition but the website won’t let me
To enter a competition you need to be a member of our A-list. Please
click on the OK! A-list on the menu and fill in your details. Then when
you go to OK! online, log in and go to the Win page – all your details
will be there, so all you need to do is answer our 25 words or less
question and put in the correct code word!
I’ve forgotten my password
Go to the A-list log in page. Click on the link at the top where it
says, 'Need a new password?' and type in the email address you signed
up with. Press submit and you will be sent a new password immediately.
I recommend you then change your password to something easy to remember.
I requested a new password but haven't received it
Check your junk or spam folder to see if it has ended up in there. Hotmail and Yahoo users have found this is often the case.
How do I change my password to something I can remember?
Log in with the password we have sent you, then click on the A-List
page and click the ‘change password’ link. You can then enter a
password that is easy for you to remember.
I want to change my email address (and other personal details)
Go to the A-list page and log in to update your details. You can change your email address in your profile and then press save.
How do I unsubscribe from the A-List newsletter?
Log in using your username and password, click on the A-List page and
then uncheck the “Yes, please email me the weekly OK! e-newsletter”
box. Alternatively, you can click unsubscribe on the e-newsletter.
I am not receiving my A-List newsletter in my Hotmail account
Unfortunately, there is an issue with some Hotmail users not receiving
their newsletter. This appears to be an ongoing Microsoft issue, and we
are continually working towards resolving it. GMail and Yahoo accounts seem to be ok.
