Yes, I’m in love!

Sharni Vinson is living the American dream: not only has she cracked Hollywood, she’s fallen in love with actor Adrian Bellani
Sharni Vinson

Walking into high-rise building Q1 on the famous Surfers Paradise strip on the Gold Coast, the OK! team is met with an incredible view of golden sand and crashing waves. It’s a sight Sharni Vinson, 27, has been enjoying for the past two months while filming shark-attack thriller Bait.

Since moving to the US three years ago and finding fame in Step Up 3D, Sharni’s always looked forward to coming home to Australia – but this time, it wasn’t so easy because she had someone special to say goodbye to. Adrian Bellani, 28, who starred in US soap Passions and has just worked alongside Brad Pitt in the film Moneyball, has been in love with Sharni since meeting her outside a casting two years ago.

When Sharni finally reciprocated his feelings and committed to a relationship, he followed her to Australia.

It’s clear from the moment we see them together that they’re madly in love – but it didn’t come easily…

Sharni, how long have you been keeping Adrian a secret from us?
Sharni:
We met more than two years ago under pretty funny circumstances.
Adrian: I walked out of a casting and all I see is her legs bending over in just a bikini.
Sharni: I was doing up the strap on my heel.
Adrian: I walked by and I said, ‘It’s not every day you see a beautiful girl with her face in the gutter’. Then I saw her face and I fell in love.
