I’ve lost 4 dress sizes

After years of yo-yo dieting, Chrissie Swan has lost 20kg since April. Determined to fall pregnant, the TV host has resolved to lose another 20kg in the next six months
Chrissie Swan

Television host Chrissie Swan, 37, bounds in from the set of The Circle to a cosy home in Melbourne for a candid chat with OK! about her battle with the bulge.

‘Where do you want me?’ she smiles. Having changed into her work-out gear, she powers out the door and across the road into the park.

It’s a bold move, but it’s this brave attitude and gutsy persistence – guided by Jenny Craig – that’s seen the mum-of-one drop 20kg in six months.

Here, she chats candidly to OK! about the struggles she’s faced battling her food issues in the public eye and the goals she’s yet to achieve.

Chrissie, how do you feel since losing 20kg?
I feel great. I have heaps of energy. The exercise and eating habits are starting to stick. It’s a lot easier now than it was in the beginning.

Why are you so determined to lose weight?
The turning point was when I started to get clucky again. I thought, ‘Great, I’ll just have another baby’. Then I spoke to my obstetrician and he said to lose 40kg first. I’m happy, I’m halfway there.
