Every week there’s a new Hollywood couple in trouble – just why is true love doomed in Tinseltown?
They’ve been nothing but loving parents to five-year-old Kingston and Zuma, three, but behind the scenes, Gwen Stefani, 42, and Gavin Rossdale, 46, could be heading for a divorce as trust issues reportedly tear them apart.
Couples therapy doesn’t seem to have worked for the pair and when asked about the split reports, Gwen’s brother, Eric, says, ‘It’s possible.’
At the root of their problems? Perhaps Gavin’s tainted past – from the bombshell about his love child, Daisy Lowe, now 23, to Courtney Love’s claims that she and Gavin had an affair while he was with Gwen, to – most shockingly – his fling with transvestite singer Marilyn (real name Peter Robinson) in the ’80s, which he publicly admitted before telling Gwen, according to a source.
‘It’s harder and harder for her to go through the motions with a man she sometimes feels like she doesn’t even know,’ the source adds.
