Kim Kardashian has smoothed out her skin with Botox injections – even though she's only 29.
The socialite has dismissed repeated rumours she's had surgery on her nose, but admits she has tried the wrinkle-freezing jabs in a bid to retain her youthful looks. ‘I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done. I've never had my nose done,’ Kim says.
But the reality TV star does admit that she did once contemplated having rhinoplasty and even approached a doctor to discuss the procedure. She adds, ‘What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done... I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't [look right] – I wouldn't look the same.’
